My Story
Had Lumbar surgery 2 years ago. Been working at walking without forearm crutches ever since. Am 80 years old. Started riding my 3 wheel recumbant bike and am up to 5 miles.got fitted for allard AFOs yesterday and was amassed with the stability. Now think I will be walking by the end of the year.
