I was a delivery driver in Hawaii until I fell down the stairs a couple flights and landed on my back, I tore my gastrocnemius muscle in my left leg and I herniated a disc in my lumbar region. I now have Drop Foot on my left leg, chronic back and sciatica pain. I used to be a skateboarder and hiker now I can’t skateboard, run without my AFO brace, or ride a bike. My life has changed considerably and after having this for over 2.5 years I don’t think I will ever come back to normal and would like to meet people with similiar conditions !
