Hi I injured my back 18 months ago and I have chronic radiculopathy and right sided foot drop...there is so much I have been unable to do for so long and now I'm just doing what I can and accepting that yes doing things is painful. I've really missed swimming so am just trying to learn to swim in an adapted way with a brace. Wish me luck!!!
