I am 64 years young and I have severe arthritis in my knees. I am active and love to walk, do yoga, and work out at the gym. However, the pain is creating a lot of problems with being able to exercise. I had a full left knee replacement 10 years ago and need a new one. My right knee is now just as bad, so I will eventually have to have that replaced also.

There ain't no perfect life, just livin', so get on with it!
