I’m 77 and still very active. I was in a Helicopter Crash in 1967 in Nam. Injuried back but I slowly noticed weakness in left knee. I swim, bike ride but after a back surgery where my Dura was punctuated and L5 nerve root was injured and I now have nerve damage in left leg and drop foot…I keep trying to do all activities but FAO I’ve used hurt mote than helped.
